It is important to us that you are fully satisfied with any holsters or other products you buy from us. That is why we have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. You can return items for any reason for a full refund. See our Return Policy for instructions on how to return an item for a refund.
If we make a mistake and accidentally send you the wrong item, or if a holster that we listed for a certain gun does not fit, or has any defects in the workmanship, then we will cover all of the costs of returning or exchanging the item. If you are returning the item for a refund, then we will send you a prepaid return envelope in the US Mail with the RMA on it. If you are exchanging the item, then we will send you a new replacement item and include a prepaid return envelope for the item we originally sent you. You'll simply put the item you are returning in the prepaid envelope, and drop it in the mail back to us.
If you make a mistake, and you accidentally order the wrong holster, then in most cases we will also cover the costs of exchanging the item by sending you a new item and including a prepaid return envelope for the item you originally ordered. However, if you make a mistake and order the wrong holster, and you don't want to exchange the holster and you just want to return it for a refund, then we ask you to pay the return shipping costs.
If there are no problems with the item, and you want to return it because you "just don't like it", then in that case we will provide a full refund (including the cost of shipping the item to you on items shipped free), but we ask you to pay the return shipping costs.
