We accept returns and provide a full refund up to 30 calendar days from the day you receive the items you purchased from us. You can return your order for any reason by following the instructions below:
- Contact us within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered to you to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). We will not be able to process returns without an RMA.
- For a full refund, your item must be returned in good condition.
- Please return your item in it's original packaging.
- Once we have received returned items, we refund the entire purchase price of the items (which includes the cost of shipping the item to you on items shipped free). If you are returning something because we made a mistake and accidentally sent you the wrong item, a holster we listed doesn't fit, or there is a defect in the workmanship, then we will cover the cost of the return shipping by mailing you a prepaid return envelope. However, if you are returning an item for the reason that you "just don't like it", then we ask you to pay the cost of the return shipping.
- If you purchase from November 1st through December 24th our return window is extended through to January 31st.
We are also happy to exchange items for any of the following reasons:
- If a holster we listed does not fit for some reason - We'll cover all the costs of an exchange by sending a replacement item and include a prepaid return envelope.
- If an item we sent you has any defects in the workmanship - We'll cover all the costs of an exchange.
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong holster - In some cases we may ask you to pay return shipping costs, but in most cases we'll cover all the costs of the exchange.
